I’m Sangamithra, an Accredited Nutritionist & Dietitian, with a Bachelors degree in Nutrition, Dietetics & Food Service Management & Masters in Hospitality Management with over a decade of experience in preventive health.
An accredited nutritionist of the Singapore Nutrition & Dietetics Association, the only professional organisation dedicated to upholding knowledge & skills of nutritionists & dietitians in Singapore.
Food, Nutrition & Wellness are at the center of my practice. I firmly believe in taking a food first approach to tackle common health issues. I’m a Monash University trained FODMAP Dietitian & have a passion for all things gut health, specializing in Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS ) & other common digestive conditions.
